Do You Want To Be Made Well?

Recorded in South Africa before the pandemic, this message is as relevant as ever. With addiction, a person has to want to be free of the drug, including digital drugs, to be healed. You may recall a certain man in the Bible who had an infirmity for thirty-eight years (John 5:1-13). As he was lying by a pool in Jerusalem waiting for the waters to be stirred, Jesus approached him. To me, it’s obvious that the invalid was lying by the pool wanting to be healed, yet Jesus asked him, “Do you want to get well?” After being in ministry for many years, I think I know one reason Jesus asked what seems to be an obvious question. Not everyone wants to be well. Not everyone will do whatever it takes to be healed. Are you willing? If so, Jesus has some fantastic news for you!
